FITNESS POVERO exercise routines focus on independent workouts in a time of austerity and active living, eliminating economic restraints by using what is readily available. FP reclaims frugality, self-sufficiency, and intuition as a path to self-empowerment. FITNESS POVERO is a full-body workout with a focus on functional training, core stability, and stretching. Exercises are taken from bodyweight routines, home workouts, pilates training, barre classes, gymnastics, and ashtanga and vinyasa yoga. At the end of the session participants will receive a printout of the workout. With music by Nina Cristante.
